Prenatal Care

We adhere to the same standard of care as any licensed perinatal care provider. However, our approach follows the distinctive home birth midwifery model, which significantly differs from the traditional maternity care prevalent in our society. Throughout your pregnancy, you can anticipate prenatal appointments scheduled every 4 weeks until you reach 28 weeks gestation, biweekly appointments from 28 to 36 weeks, and weekly appointments thereafter until the birth of your baby.

As part of our comprehensive care, we provide: 

• A free phone/zoom/facetime consultation prior to hiring 

• 1-hour long appointments

• A home visit during your 3rd trimester

• Comprehensive laboratory services and testing options

• Emphasis on natural pregnancy support including nutrition, herbal support, and natural supplements

• Referrals for ultrasound and other specialities as needed
